The new season is here and we are excited to announce our first Farm to Table dinner with Chef’s Zack & Dominic from Toscano’s.  

The Dinner will take place in the breezeway barn & under the tent for an enjoyable & socially distant safe evening of dining.

1st Course (choice of one)

Duck arancini
wild mushroom arborio rice, duck confit, beemster gouda, charred ramp pesto

Sweet pea pancake
dungeness crab, red onion, whipped crème fraiche

Lamb sliders
Feta, tomato and cucumber relish, oregano tzatziki

Wild arugula & creamy burrata
Fava beans, strawberry , vincotto

White asparagus salad
lobster claw meat, watercress, champagne mustard dressing, toasted brioche bread

2nd course (choice of one)

Lavender and rosemary brined berkshire pork chop
spring onion and potato gratin, cherry bordelaise sauce

Braised lamb shank
herb goat cheese orzo, apple and mint gremolata, black garlic essence

Mustard rubbed airline chicken breast
wilted swiss chard, pine nuts, pecorino cheese, soft egg

Chardonnay poached halibut
fava bean succotash, grilled artichokes, meyer lemon beurre blanc

Beef cheek ravioli
melted leeks, morel mushrooms, bone marrow demi glace

Asparagus and ricotta mezzaluna
Parmesan basil sauce

Third Course (choice of one)

Sticky toffee budino
blood orange, tangerine and whipped cream

Meyer lemon creme brulee
blueberries, gingersnap

Chocolate mascarpone olive oil cake
strawberry,toasted pistachio and pistachio gelato

Bing cherries and walnut chocolate tart
french vanilla ice cream
