Summer season runs June through August
Summer on our farm in South Jersey is a fresh-air adventure for the whole family. Summer offers self-serve picking from Thursday-Sunday 7am-7pm (except during extreme weather). No entrance fee to visit the picking fields, simply follow the signs, select your picking containers, pick, & pay via QR-Code or cash. Our peach orchards, sunflower and cutting field flowers, juicy blackberry rows, and vine-ripe cherry tomato picking make for a sunny day of sweet memories.
Fall in Love with Our Farm
Fall season begins 9/6 through 10/27(Crop Update: Limited Apple Picking 10/25, 10/26, 10/27 )
Fall Season is designed as a ‘Park & Pick‘. Pre-purchase your tickets prior to visiting and when you arrive to the pick your own farm, you’ll be guided through each stop with your own vehicle. Enjoy each fresh produce stop at your own pace; Apple Orchard, Sunflower Photos Trails, Pumpkin Patch, & 5 Acre Family Corn Maze.

Spring Mid May – June: The Strawberry Picking Season
Spring is a lovely reminder of how beautiful change can be. Winter has come and provided rest for the farmers. Now we are making plans, and kicking into gear. The strawberry patch will be the first to grace us with its vibrant color and sweet taste at our pick your own farm. New Jersey is known for having some of the best tasting strawberries and we are proud to offer strawberry picking in NJ, a perfect activity for a spring field trip. Sugar Snap Peas & Radishes are our other spring pick your own favorites.
Summer Pick Your Own
Early July and August are perfect months to experience the joy of picking your own produce on our farm. Embrace nature as you harvest our summer crops, which include yellow peaches, blackberries, sunflowers, field flowers , and tomatoes.

Summer June – August: Peach, Sunflowers, Field Flowers & Blackberry Picking
The Summer season at the pick your own farm is filled with great activities for everyone. Speaking of mouth-watering, Jersey peaches, sunflowers, field flowers, and blackberries will be ready toward the end of June. Blackberries, being one of the most mouth watering fruits grown here at Locust Hall, Farmer Johnson has planted an additional two rows for your harvesting enjoyment.
Fall September – October: The Apple Picking & Pumpkin Patch & Sunflower Season
As the sun sets sooner in mid-September, the cooler days arrive with leaves changing, and a bountiful fall harvest on our pick your own farm in New Jersey. The Fall Season begins in early September on the 7th and continues through October 29th. Sunflower September kicks off with thousands of sunflowers to be enjoyed & picked and fall continues with our fall apple picking and pumpkin picking harvests. Enjoy the comfort of our car for our Park n’ Pick Farm experience. Plus, you can enjoy your fall day at our farmhouse grill, featuring live music, and then visit our fall gift shop and country store before you leave. You’re nearly guaranteed to fall in love with our New Jersey pick your own farm and its endless photo opportunities!
