Farm Rules & Accessibility Information
To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone and to help us care for our crops, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines during your visit:
- No Outside Containers: For food safety and quality control, please use only the containers provided by our farm.
- Quantity Limits May Apply: During peak season, we may limit the amount of fruit each guest can pick to ensure there’s enough for everyone.
- Pick Only What You Plan to Pay For: Please be thoughtful—only pick what you intend to purchase so nothing goes to waste.
- No Eating Produce in the Fields: We know it’s tempting, but for health and safety reasons, sampling berries in the fields is not allowed.
- No Pets Allowed: As much as we love furry friends, pets are not permitted in the picking areas for safety and sanitation reasons.
Accessibility Note:
Our U-pick fields are not easily handicap accessible due to uneven and rugged terrain. While strollers are permitted, please note that they are very difficult to maneuver on the ground. We recommend using child carriers for young children whenever possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—we can’t wait to share a sweet, sun-filled day with you in the strawberry fields!
Strawberry Picking Tips
Make the most of your visit with these quick tips for picking the juiciest, ripest strawberries:
- Choose Bright Red Berries: Strawberries don’t ripen after they’re picked, so be sure to choose ones that are fully red for the best flavor.
- Twist, Don’t Tug: Gently twist the berry off the stem instead of pulling—this helps protect the plant and makes picking easier.
- Dress for the Fields: We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes to navigate the uneven terrain safely and sunscreen to protect your skin while you’re out in the sun.
